To order product, please follow these instructions: PAY PAL and CREDIT CARD ORDERS: Debit cards, major credit cards, and other forms of payment may be made used through the PayPal web site should you not wish to use our shopping cart system. Please go to www.PayPal.com to set up your free PayPal account if you do not have one already. Please be aware, however, that PayPal payments will take approximately 3-4 days to clear our bank before your order can be processed. Major credit cards are accepted via our PayPal shopping cart system or through the PayPal web site. PayPal uses proprietary technology to ensure that your transactions are safe. The shopping cart buttons found for each product sold includes a PayPal option. Please note that you must have a PayPal account to use PayPal services. 1. Click on OUR AWARD WINNING SAUCES link found in the left column sitemap. You will then be taken to our merchandise page where you may select the hot sauces of your choice.
2. Click on the appropriate shopping cart button and select the quantity of the items you wish to order. Once you have completed selecting your merchandise and their quantity, please DO NOT click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button as you will next need to pay for shipping and handling.
3. After you have finished selecting both products and quantity, please return to the left column sitemap and click on PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. You will then be taken to a separate page where you may pay for shipping. Please click on the appropriate shopping cart button that corresponds to your merchandise sub-total.
NOTE: Orders received without paying for shipping and handling will not be processed until such time as the balance is paid. Should we receive an order where shipping and handling charges have not been paid, we will contact you via e-mail and you will need to return to our web site to pay for the missing part of your order.
4. After confirming both your merchandise order, quantity, and shipping charges, you may then click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Please review everything one last time and then submit your order by paying using your PayPal account, or fill in the appropriate information to pay using your major credit card.
That’s all there is to it! After we receive your order for product plus shipping and handling, we will e-mail you back to confirm your order and you should receive everything within 3-4 weeks.

Once payment has cleared our bank, orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours. Normal delivery times can then range between 3-4 weeks beginning from the time when your payment has been "received". Some orders may ship via UPS ground or FedEx ground while others may ship by way of the U.S. Postal Service. Express "rush" delivery is also available. Refused orders returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Due to the nature of the merchandise sold, all merchandise is sold on an all sales final basis. Customers are hereby notified that if they place an order for merchandise they automatically agree to abide by all terms and conditions as specified herein. Although "all sales are final" we will be happy to replace defective or damaged product on an “even exchange” basis only. All defective or damaged goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and a Return Merchandise Authorization must be sent to you via e-mail prior to returning merchandise. Customers will be advised via e-mail of the RMA number. It is the customer's responsibility to notify both the shipper of the goods (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) as well as Haunted Ventures FX at ScottyBsHotSauce@Yahoo.com to file a claim no later than three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Notification of defective or damaged goods after the three (3) day period will not be accepted. Should you need to return damaged or defective merchandise, we will need to provide you with complete information on how and where to make your return. Packages will be refused (at the customer's expense) if merchandise is returned without first sending us proper notification within the stipulated time period and receiving a reply back from us with the appropriate information which will include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you order one item but receive a different item, we will replace the wrong item with the correct item on an even exchange basis only.
